EllisDon has been awarded a $121-million Guaranteed Maximum Price contract for Phase 1 of the Concord Park Place Block 19/20 project. The development is located in the Leslie and Sheppard area of Toronto. This is after a year of pre-construction. Concord Park Place – Phase 1 consists of two 28-storey condo towers. This development has four levels of underground parking with over 1,180 spaces. The amenities include a badminton/basketball court, fitness gym, yoga/pilates room, theatre, billiards room, cards room, party, and one hot tub. The streetscape features retail stores.
