The Digital Realty TOR1 - Rooms 5 and 6 Build-Out phase of the TOR1 Data Centre project consisted of fitting out two computer rooms and associated uninterruptible power supply (“UPS”) rooms. Five UPS units, 1000 kilowatts each, were installed, and include four primary unit A/B/C/D with two redundant (catcher) units in the shared UPS Room. In the Generator Building, three new generator units were installed with the capacity of 2.5 megawatts each. In Computer Room 5 and Computer Room 6, 10 Computer Room Air Conditioner (“CRAC”) units were installed (250 kilowatts each) in both rooms, and the UPS room consists of four 125-kilowatt CRAC units. All CRAC units were installed with condenser units on the roof. Two new rooftop units were also installed for air conditioning (humidifying and dehumidifying).
