The Edafah Tower is situated on one of the best prime locations in Riyadh, at the intersection of Olaya Street and Mecca Road. The medium rise glass clad building has approximately 10,000m2 floor area, divided between serviced apartments and high spec offices. The apartments range in size from 40m2 studio apartments to 2 bedroom penthouses covering in excess of 100m2 floor area. The building is of concrete frame construction with glass curtain walling and aluminum decorative panels. The interior finish is extremely high and complex, so as to achieve a five star rating. The 6th floor contains a restaurant, spa, gymnasium and pleasant roof deck comprising an infinity pool and Jacuzzi. The project began in May 2013 and was completed in February 2015.
