The Hines 500 Block Residential Project, is a new purpose built rental residential development located at the corner of 4th Street and 12th Avenue SW in Calgary, Alberta.

This development is comprised of a residential tower with 32 floors above grade, with a mechanical penthouse above and an 8 storey podium building with amenity space on the 8th floor. The project will include approximately 10,000 ft2 of retail space, 335,220 ft2 of residential space and a 5 level of underground parkade.
