• Expansion of the MEP penthouse to accommodate emergency generators, UPS plant, chillers, and other critical systems.
• Renovation of current office space to enhance the 'white space' for IT operations.
• Construction of an additional floor atop the existing structure, transforming it into an advanced data center.
• Creation of new server rooms necessitating substantial premises modification and mechanical alterations.
