The Kyros Affordable Housing project involves pre-construction services to design and develop a fixed-price affordable housing project in London, Ontario. The project consists of two affordable housing buildings that are three-storeys high and contain 40 residential units each.

The project will be built using prefabricated modules, which include all interior finishes. This approach greatly reduces on-site work, allowing the project schedule to be shorter than the traditional method.
