EllisDon has been selected as the Construction Manager and General Contractor for Phases 1 and 2 of Livingston Place, a new office development located in downtown Calgary at 2nd Street and 3rd Avenue S.W. Phase 1 included a 504-stall underground parkade, a 21-storey, 440,000 square foot office building, and a public plaza. According to Randy Magnussen, Bentall’s Senior Vice President and General Manager, Western Region, "Given the strength of Calgary's economy and the sustained demand for office space in the city's downtown core, we are confident the building will be fully leased before completion in the Spring of 2007. “ Building on Bentall’s positive momentum, EllisDon’s onsite team worked closely with Bentall to turn over these buildings on schedule, and ensured all committed tenants secured their move-in dates. Phase 2 of Livingston Place included a 22-storey, 440,000 square foot office building.
