Phase I of the M City project involves the construction of a 62-story, 750-unit tower, set to redefine Mississauga’s skyline as it will be the tallest tower in the city. Located at Burnhamthorpe and Confederation Parkway, the development will ultimately be comprised of a 15-acre master-planned community with 10 towers and over two acres of public parkland. The project will include a 4-level parkade and the construction of internal roads and parklands.
