Located in the MaRS Discovery District in downtown Toronto, the MaRS Building C Tenant Fit-Up accommodates primarily biotechnology laboratories. The 16-storey, 400,000 SF structure integrates incubator space, laboratories, a lecture theatre, commercial offices, retail, and shared amenity areas.
The laboratories include numerous research programs, such as research facilities for genes, protein and people, regenerative medicine, and medical technology innovation. Specialist areas include a nuclear magnetic resonance suite, mass spectrometry, tissue engineering, flow cytometry, robotics and biomedical engineering. There is also an entire floor dedicated to imaging and operating suites.
