The Novus 11 & 25 Ordnance Development project involved the construction of a mixed-use development, consisting of two residential high-rise towers (25 & 35 storeys), 579 dwelling units, a three-storey retail podium including a grocery store and gym, and four underground parking levels. The site is located on the south-east quadrant of Ordnance Street and Strachan Avenue, and is part of a master-planned community, called the Garrison Point Development.
