The Old Oak - 515 Richmond Street - Concrete and Formwork project involved the construction of a 32-storey residential building in downtown London, Ontario.

The 290,000 sq. ft. tower is made up of flat reinforced concrete slabs, one concrete stairwell, one concrete elevator shaft as well as various shear walls and exposed round columns. This totals to approximately 12,000 cubic yards of concrete and close to 500,000 sq. ft. of formwork.

As the tower rises over 330 ft above the busy street below, the project utilized a specialized self climbing perimeter safety screen system that provided many benefits to both the client for advertising and the formwork contractor for safety and productivity.
