The project, involves the fit-out of a commercial-scale cell and gene therapy manufacturing facility, including manufacturing suites, support spaces, process development, quarantine and tissue culture labs, office spaces, and staff facilities.

The facility features 3,789 sq. ft. of Grade B, 5,963 sq. ft. of Grade C, and 10,915 sq. ft. of Grade D cleanroom spaces.
