The Portland Commons project involved the construction of a 15-storey building with a two-level mechanical penthouse on a six-storey podium and four levels of underground parking. The project consisted of a total of 11
private outdoor terraces, ranging in size from 227 sq. ft. to 9,500 sq. ft., and large floor plates ranging from 19,000 sq. ft. to over 56,000 sq. ft. The variation in floor plans allows for flexibility in design and the best utilization of workspaces.

On Portland Street, the ground floor has 12,000 sq. ft. of retail space.
The project, which focused on technology, wellness, and sustainability, is targeting international LEED Gold, Wired Gold score, and WELL-Ready Standards.
