EllisDon was engaged as Construction Manager by Procter & Gamble to oversee the completion of design, and to implement all phases of construction, for the relocation of the corporate offices of Procter & Gamble. The project included general and executive offices, a cafeteria, kitchens, laboratories, A/V facilities and a fitness centre. The facility integrates with the TTC subway connection for the Yonge/Sheppard stations. EllisDon was also responsible for all interior finishes, including the structural modifications for a mail conveyor system and complete concrete panel access floor installation on all fifteen floors. All of the above work had to be completed within a 12-month window in order to meet a lease expiry date at the old premises. The project was completed on time and within the original construction budget prepared by EllisDon.
