EllisDon is the Construction Manager for the new Al Qasabah Residential Complex in Afghanistan. The project site is located at Qasabah in Kabul with a total area of 2.9 million square feet in which comprise of:

• 3,080 units, all built as low cost housing where each unit area is aproximately 700 square feet
• 250 units, built as medium cost housing units where each unit area is aproximately 1,292 square feet

In addition, construction of basic infrastructure will be provided within the boundary of the project area. A road network will be constructed consisting of primary and secondary roads. The primary roads will connect the community with the existing main road and the secondary roads will link buildings with the primary road.
