The Spruce Grove Stony Plain Protective Services project involved the construction of a new RCMP detachment to serve the municipalities of Spruce Grove and Stony Plain. The new building features secure cell blocks and interview rooms, acoustic rooms, and gym and administrative spaces.

The building is targeting LEED certification.
