Scope

• Involved the structural retrofit and fit-out of the existing building on the site for a wholesale data center with 4 MW of “day 1” critical load capacity.

• Project Master Plan includes the further fit-out of the existing building to provide an additional 4 MW critical load capacity and associated white space and a new greenfield data center on the site with an ultimate critical load capacity of 48 MW.
