The Golden Mile is a mixed-use retail, restaurant and residential development that houses 840 apartments. As the Project Manager, EllisDon managed the master plan of the project, infrastructure designers and contractors, and controlled numerous third-party developers. The site is split into two plots: GM1 (which consist of six blocks), and GM2 (which consists of four blocks). Both entail size levels of residential apartments, double-level penthouse apartments, ground floor and mezzanine which houses retail and food outlets, and ‘townhouse’ residential apartments, as well as three basement parking levels.
