This project included the construction of a 24-storey, first-class office tower with state-of-the-art features, and houses the Canadian Headquarters of both North American Life and Xerox. An “intelligent building,” it was designed to incorporate centrally managed building systems for office automation, shared telecommunications, security and mechanical/electrical systems. The complex includes a mixture of office space, residential units and substantial commercial space.
