The construction by EllisDon at Toyota’s Princeton manufacturing facility consisted of:

• The Utility Complex and Expansion; and
• A 1.2 million square foot expansion to the Press, Weld and Assembly Areas.

The Utility Complex expansion includes all utility systems, compressors, chillers, boilers, wastewater pretreatment, process fluids, tank farms, etc.

Our contract includes fabrication, construction, installation coordination, testing startup and integration with the facility’s central utility system.

The Press, Weld and Assembly expansion is a heavy conventional structure, with foundations and utilities supporting new stamping equipment, weld and assembly modules.
