Development of a new 258 key Warner Bros. branded and themed Hotel. This shall be the world’s first Warner Bros. branded and themed hotel. Connected via shared back of house facilities, the development shall also include 127 serviced apartments and a retail/ food and beverage precinct which although linked, shall not be operated, or fall under the theming obligations of the Warner Bros. Hotel. The Project is to be located adjacent to the new Warner Bros. Theme Park which is currently under construction on Yas Island in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, UAE. The site is approximately 7.8 hectares, of which Miral plans to develop approximately 2.9 hectares of the area for the Warner Bros. Hotel development.
