The Story
The Waterfront Innovation Centre project involves the construction of a new 12-storey office building, connected to a second 11-storey office building by a bridge on the second level. It is located in downtown Toronto at 125 & 155 Queens Quay East.
The buildings aim to represent the next step in the evolution of commercial office developments, as it will integrate advanced visualization and interactive digital media, film, and TV production technologies to the space. The project has been designed to achieve LEED Gold certification and includes public realm and green space improvements.
