The Story

The West Donlands - Block 8 project involves the construction of a new mixed-use development located at 125-181 Mill Street in the Canary District. The development will consist of two 16-storey mixed-use towers and one 26-storey high-rise residential tower. Each building will have a two-storey mechanical penthouse. The proposed development will include 770 residential suites, approximately 3,900 sq. ft. of retail/commercial space, and approximately 3,300 sq.ft. of office space on the ground floor, and one level of underground parking.
