The New Centre for Mental Health & Addictions Facility (CMHA) is taking shape on the Riverview lands in Coquitlam, British Columbia.

A challenging build in terms of limited space due to a busy highway, mature trees and archaeologically sensitive material within the site boundaries, our Virtual Design and Construction team is creating solutions using BIM technology to achieve the highest level of efficiency on the schedule and coordination on-site.

Once complete, the CMHA Facility will be a leading-edge treatment and research centre integrating the values of the local community and the local First Nations in both construction and design principals.
