Yesterday, Samuel Ajobo, Chair of EllisDon's ABEEL (Alliance of Black Employee Experience & Leadership) group and Civil Estimator, P.Eng, joined the program The Agenda to discuss building an inclusive construction industry. “For me, I want to see equitable representation of black, white, indigenous and every group in our industry. I want to see employees in leadership positions that are people like myself. I hope to see women and people of the indigenous communities in leadership positions, and I hope to see the industry embracing businesses from underserved and underrepresented groups.
