We are excited to showcase The Well, one of Toronto's most notable multi-use developments completed by EllisDon last year. Located at Front St. and Spadina, this high-profile building features a variety of retail, restaurants, high-rise condominium buildings, residential rental buildings, and a commercial office tower.

EllisDon is proud to have built two out of the seven buildings that make up The Well, which was part of the busiest construction site in Canada. Despite the challenges posed by heavy vehicular and pedestrian traffic during the day and only one construction laneway on Front Street, our team was diligent in planning and executing all deliveries and equipment lifts to minimize disruption to the neighbourhood.

The Well is not only an aesthetically pleasing project, but it also offers a unique and vibrant living experience for Torontonians. We are proud to have played a part in bringing this landmark to life and contributing to the growth and development of Toronto's downtown core.
