We're proud to announce the substantial completion of our Crowchild and Glenmore bridge rehabilitation project.
Originally constructed in 1981, the Crowchild Bridge, a vital two-way, multi-lane connection, has been given a new lease on life. Ageing components have been revitalized through general concrete repairs, and pedestrian/cyclist mobility has been enhanced with a new multi-user pathway. The removal of the old expansion joint and life-cycling of signals were also part of the project.
This project marks a significant milestone in enhancing Calgary's transportation network, ensuring it can accommodate the city's continued growth in the years to come.
