Leadership in Action: Reflecting on SiteSummit 2025
This week, an incredible group of EllisDon’s leadership attended SiteSummit held by SiteNews, a two-day event in Vancouver, British Columbia, focused on encouraging participants to embrace this period of change and uncertainty as an opportunity for growth. This year’s theme, OWN THE MOMENT, called on us to come together as an industry to share best practices, and collaborate more effectively to drive innovation and shape a sustainable future.
We’d like to extend our warmest congratulations to SiteNews for hosting such a phenomenal event. From start to finish, the experience was a testament to your vision, dedication, and leadership in bringing the community together. SiteSummit fostered meaningful dialogue and collaboration across the construction industry. It was inspiring to witness the energy and excellence that defined every session, panel, and interaction.
“SiteSummit 2025 was an exceptional forum for collaboration and innovation within the construction industry. Being a presenting sponsor afforded us the unique opportunity to not only contribute to meaningful discussions but also witness the remarkable growth and transformation of our industry. It was truly inspiring to see leaders and stakeholders come together with such passion and shared purpose to shape a brighter, more sustainable future.” – Paul Trudel, Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President, EllisDon
We’re equally proud of our own team’s presence and contributions throughout the event. Presenters and panelists included:

- Brandon Milner, Chief Information Officer
- Zoe Knowles, Vice President of Government Relations
- Nick Gefucia, Senior Vice President, EllisDon Community Builders
- Craig Enns, Senior Vice President and Area Manager, British Columbia
From engaging presentations and thought-provoking discussions to active participation in networking and breakout sessions, our attendees brought passion, expertise, and a spirit of collaboration that reflected the very best of who we are. It was a moment to celebrate our shared progress, highlight our capabilities, and strengthen the relationships that drive our continued growth.
Thank you to everyone who made this event such a success—SiteNews for their outstanding execution, and our leadership team for displaying the expertise and excellence that is synonymous with EllisDon. We look forward to building on this momentum at SiteSummit 2026 in Toronto, Ontario!
