Stephen Chaplin receives Roy A Phinnemore Award for dedication to Construction Health and Safety

Stephen Chaplin, Vice President of Health, Safety and Environment at EllisDon is the recipient of the Roy A Phinnemore Award, presented by the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association (IHSA) at the 12th Annual IHSA General Meeting.

Inspired by the late Roy A. Phinnemore’s achievements, a former Executive Director of the Construction Safety Association of Ontario (CSAO), the Roy A. Phinnemore Award is presented to the individuals who have diligently served the cause of construction health and safety through services, contributions, inventions, procedures, or any other means that the judging committee considers worthy of recognition.“I am truly honoured to be the recipient of the Roy A.
