A Look at Parliament's Centre Block Renovations, Canada's Largest-Ever Heritage Project

Together with our partner PCL, Parliament’s Centre Block renovation is proceeding as planned despite the hurdles in recent years created by the pandemic, convoy protests, and the public-servants strike. The rehabilitation of Centre Block will address sustainability, energy efficiency and climate resilience as well as accessibility. When completed, it is estimated that the renovation will see energy consumption reduced by at least 75 percent and water consumption by over 50 percent. The Globe and Mail recently went on a tour of the project.
