The T3 Sterling Road project is targeting LEED Gold and is a thrilling testament to our industry’s sustainable drive; two full mass timber commercial buildings comprising six and eight stories, respectively, and a two-level below-grade parking garage.

T3 Sterling’s structure combines glue-laminated columns and beams (called Glulam for short) and dowel laminated timber slabs (commonly referred to as DLT). This combination of glulam and DLT provides occupants with a unique exposed timber aesthetic and significantly reduces the building’s impact on the environment — offering a substantial reduction in embodied carbon compared to traditional building materials.
