We're thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of the FirstOntario Centre in Hamilton, Ontario, led by Oak View Group (OVG), the world's largest developer of sports and live entertainment venues. The $280 million renovation project will transform the arena into a state-of-the-art venue, serving as the centerpiece in revitalizing Hamilton as a premier music, sports, and entertainment destination for southwestern Ontario.

At EllisDon, we're proud to be managing this transformative project and helping our communities thrive. The renovated facility will feature premium seating, clubs, lounges, and suites, enhanced acoustics, touchless and self-serve technologies for food & beverage purchases and upgraded concourses and concession areas. Back-of-house upgrades include artist lounges, upgraded production facilities, and improved telecommunications infrastructure and security systems.

We've taken a community-centric approach to the design of the arena, with premium clubs, suites, and lounges designed with the fan in mind. Each club will have its own unique offerings that fit the diverse tastes of a multicultural audience. The fully redefined suite experience includes completely new Mid-Level and Event Level suites for the ultimate premium experience.
