EllisDon signs the Builder’s Code Acceptable Worksite Pledge

At EllisDon, we are working towards building an industry that works for everyone. We recently signed the “Builder’s Code Acceptable Worksite” pledge, setting a standard code of conduct for workers on construction sites in British Columbia. It defines an “Acceptable Worksite” as the starting point for reducing risk and ensuring a safe and productive environment for all workers. We are proud to have signed this pledge alongside Hudson Pacific Properties, operator and joint owner of the iconic Bentall Centre in Vancouver. As we work on the multi-phased project to enhance this Downtown landmark, we will ensure it embodies the Builder’s Code Acceptable Worksite pledge. Signing this pledge confirms our commitment to creating workplaces that support diversity and inclusion and will further enhance our worksites as we help to grow and retain our skilled labour pool.To read the “Builder’s Code Acceptable Worksite” pledge, click HERE.
